How we got here
Greg is a veteran and a working plumber, and the company runs the way those two things would suggest. Show up when you said you would. Tell people the truth about what they need, including when the answer is nothing. Charge what you quoted. Clean up.
Those are not slogans on a truck; they are the things our Google reviews keep repeating back to us. One customer called at 4 p.m. on the Monday after a holiday with a failed supply valve and had a plumber in the driveway ninety minutes later. Another had six companies decline an after-hours burst pipe during a freeze before Corinne booked Greg for a late-night visit; the job was done by 1:20 a.m. A third was told by another outfit that they needed a major repair. We looked, told them their system was fine, and left.
We are not the biggest plumbing company in Kitsap County and have no plans to be. We would rather be the one you call back.

The equipment and the brands
We own our hydro jetting truck, our sewer camera and our drain machines, so nothing waits on a subcontractor. For water heaters we install Rinnai tankless units and Bradford White and A. O. Smith tanks. For leak protection we install Flo by Moen smart shutoffs. For wells we use Well-X-Trol and Amtrol tanks and DAB booster pumps. Fixtures come from the brands you already know, and we are glad to install one you bought yourself.

Greg came and re-engineered the spaghetti mess of the 1956 drain piping for my kitchen sink primarily, and the rest of the house.
