Before you call
How fast will someone call me back?
During business hours, usually within the hour. Corinne runs the schedule and Greg returns calls between jobs. For an active leak or backup, call rather than emailing so we can triage it.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free, and you get a flat-rate price to approve electronically before any work begins.
Do you come out evenings or weekends?
Yes. We are open until 10 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays until 5, and after-hours emergency calls are answered. We have fixed burst pipes after midnight and installed water heaters on Saturdays.
Where exactly do you work?
Kitsap, Pierce and Mason counties, from our shop in Port Orchard. Bremerton, Silverdale, Poulsbo, Bainbridge, Gig Harbor, Tacoma, Belfair and Shelton are all regular stops. No trip charges inside the service area.
Can I text you photos of the problem?
